Rural Urban Council of Skills and Vocational Studies Firstly let us thank you and appreciate your interest in CTC (Computer Training Center) Inquiry Rural Urban Council of Skills and Vocational Studies. If you want CTC (Computer Training Center) in any district, city, village or area all over India then as per requirement your computer lab should have 5-10 computers, enough space for training of minimum 100-150 students (500 sq.ft.) approx), a theory room (20x15 sq. ft.), a practical room (15x10 sq. ft.), a reception, an office, also a library with 100 books.

To obtain affiliation the institution has to submit an application form along with authorization fee.
