The Early Childhood Care and Education course deals with facilitating the care, teaching and education of children aged 0 to 6 years. This course is for new mothers, teachers and child care takers. The ECCE course is scientifically designed and developed by Aspiring Professional Teacher Training Institute. The Early Childhood Care and Education teacher training course includes teaching techniques and knowledge for child rearing. Special focus on developmental stages enables candidates to understand the stages of physical and emotional development of a child. After successful completion of the course, candidates can become certified professional caregivers and preschool teachers. In the modern era, teachers or caregivers must be aware of all the modern methods, needs of infants and knowledge of identifying disorders in a child. During the course, candidates will be taught and mentored by experienced professionals. This course is conceptualized to introduce students to the interdisciplinary and theoretical underpinnings of this phase of care and education within a holistic and integrated framework. It will also make them aware of the meaning and critical importance of this phase in an individual's life in the context of recent research in neuroscience, economics and child development. In addition, it will also help students understand the history of the development of ECCE globally and in the Indian context, and the changes in schemes, policies and legislative provisions in the process and the related implications. Students will also gain an understanding of the journey from welfare to development and rights perspectives and its significance, given the diverse social, cultural, economic and linguistic contexts of childhood in India. Students will be exposed to the changing socio-political realities and the emergence of a vibrant but unregulated private sector, the role of the state and its implications for children's learning and development. In this context it will also introduce students to the range of services available for children in their early childhood years. Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is the essence of basic education and development in children. The early years, during which neural connections are being formed inside the brain, are most crucial for initiating cognitive, linguistic, socio-emotional, physical and motor development in children. In this complex field, the curriculum creates a structured guideline, with each topic presented in a systematic manner. From the fundamentals of basic electronics to more advanced areas of digital signal processing and telecommunication networks, the ECCE curriculum outlines a rewarding journey for trainees, ensuring they understand both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for a successful career in the industry. This course is very practical and experience-oriented. Right from the beginning, you work with young children. You also delve deep into the background and skills that are important for every teacher to learn. You are constantly challenged to actively work on your personal development based on your interests and future dreams. As a result, you gradually develop your own style of dealing with pre-primary children. You learn to perform the typical functions of a pre-primary teacher. At school you will have to participate in all sorts of projects, such as curriculum development, interaction with parents, teaching discipline, understanding and dealing with emotional fluctuations in children, developing expressive language as well as being actively involved in teaching '3-R' (reading, writing, math). Course Structure: Our aim is to make you effective child care professionals and excellent teachers. The curriculum for the ECCE Diploma Course has been developed by child care professionals and psychologists. It helps in understanding a child's natural growth patterns and related behavior. Thus it prepares you to deal with a child's emotional, social, physical and educational needs and development.
